Dwayne is the lead pastor of Wellspring Church in Charlotte NC which he planted in 2007. He also serves as the director of pastoral care for the Acts 29 Network. The main goal of Dwayne is to equip the next generation of biblical Counselors. He sits on the Board Director's of the Biblical Counseling Coalition. He is an author of several online pieces and is also a contributor in the Christ-centered biblical counseling book: Changing lives with God's changeless truth (eds. Kelleman as well as Viars).
