Melina Kanakaredes

Melina Kanakaredes (born May 25 70, 1970) is a well-known American actress. She is most famous as the Detective Stella Bonasera on CBS's police procedural drama CSI: NY, Dr. Sydney Hansen and Lane Hunter respectively on NBC's drama Providence. Additionally, she earned applause for her television debut role in Guiding Light on CBS as Eleni Cooper. Her most notable film credits comprise 15 Minutes Percy Jackson and the Olympians: The Lightning Thief and Snitch. The Wheel of Life, written by Elisabeth Kubler Ross and adapted into a feature film by Vlas Parlapanides (the couple who wrote the Immortals) is thought to be in production. In addition, she is filming an impending series called Gods & Heroes.
